Our goal at Burteck is to deliver a mold to our customer that is ‘production ready’. Utilizing our fully developed Molding Tech Center, every mold is put through rigorous qualification procedures before leaving our dock. Starting with a dry cycle evaluation and following thru to Burteck’s process development protocol using scientific molding principles, we deliver a mold that is fully de-bugged with a comprehensive documentation package including process matching guidelines for your specific molding equipment. This service allows you to free up your valuable in house production capacity and shortens your project development cycle. Our equipment ranges from 110T to 340T along with 2 Component & Liquid Silicone Rubber capabilities.
DESIGN & MANUFACTURE
As manufacturers of plastic injection molds, we believe in creating the highest quality tools using the industry's best practices. Our experienced designers are highly skilled in 3D modeling and simulation software making our mold designs efficient and ready for manufacture. Our shop is full of trained moldmakers, machinists, and polishers as well as high precision, cutting edge equipment including:
High Speed Milling Centers, EDM & Wire EDM Machines, Surface Grinders, Zeiss CMMs, and inspection equipment.
